Preferred File Formats

Vector Files (Best Option): .AI, .EPS, .SVG, .PDF (vector-based)

Logos, text, and line art should always be vector.

Vector files can be resized without losing quality.

High-Resolution Raster Files: .PNG, .PSD, .TIFF

Use for photos, gradients, or complex graphics.

Must be 300 DPI at actual print size (e.g., 12" wide = 3600px wide).

PNG recommended (supports transparent backgrounds).

Embroidery Files (Digitized): .DST, .EXP, .PES

Required for embroidery.

If you don’t have one, we can digitize your logo for you. ($)

Files we cannot use

JPEG (.jpg): Only acceptable for mockups, not printing.

GIF / BMP: Web-only, poor quality.

Screenshots or copied images from the internet – too low resolution.
